SOLUTION |
| Excessive Adhesive Spread
| Apply proper spread for adhesive being used and condition of stock. |
| Soft and porous stock may need heavier spread rate than dense stock as adhesive can soak in too quickly. |
| Non-Uniform or Too Much Pressure
| Do not use stock when dimensions vary. |
| Be sure press platens are not out of line causing uneven pressure. |
| Assembly Time Too Short
| Use recommended minimum assembly time to provide proper soak-in of adhesive. |
